Finding a Path to Lasting Connection and Meaning

Therapy is about turning toward parts of ourselves we've learned to push aside: the doubt and fear, the anger, the ambivalence, the vulnerability, the need. These things don’t disappear just because we understand them. They need to be felt, spoken, and worked through in relationship. I don’t offer quick solutions or endless reassurance. What I offer is a warm, engaging space where you can slow down and listen in a different way, to yourself, to your past, and to whatever has been quietly shaping the way you move through the world.

My approach is grounded in relational and psychodynamic work, but more than anything, it’s about paying close attention to what you’re saying, how you’re feeling, and what might be repeating itself without you realizing it. We’ll look at patterns, emotional habits, and the roles you’ve learned to play, especially the ones that feel hard to let go of. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s freedom: a way of moving through life with more clarity, self-respect, and connection to what actually matters to you.

For those feeling skeptical about therapy, I understand, especially given how ubiquitous therapy and the language associated with it has become in our culture. My approach isn’t about offering a quick fix or cure-all (there is no cure for the human condition). Instead, it’s about engaging in a meaningful process of exploration and growth, even when clear answers remain elusive.

Before we start, I'll help you navigate your insurance coverage, as many of my clients receive 60-70% reimbursement for their sessions. I also offer the convenience of remote sessions, so we can meet wherever you are.
